Infinite Vitality is currently working on joining multiple insurance panels. If you do not see your insurance provider listed below, please call our office and check with our staff, as we may be able to bill most insurances as an out of network provider. The following Insurance/Managed Care Plans are accepted:

• ASH Network
• Aetna
• Providence
• Health Net
• Life Wise
• Out of Network ODS
• Cigna (APPLICATION CURRENTLY PENDING)

We are happy to contact your insurance provider on your behalf to understand your coverage, and work with you and your provider to get you the treatment you need.
